Monitoring

We identified an issue affecting our Pusher service caused by updating our security tokens, which have now been updated. The live chat widget and bots should now be operating as expected. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Investigating

We are currently experiencing an outage with our chat widget where incoming messages are not being recieved by the Gecko systems. We are investigating the issue.
