A configuration issue caused a queue delay to build in the EU Region, and for the queue (made up of customer actions in GeckoEngage) to begin having an adverse impact for customers around 4pm GMT+1. This issue was apparent for around 1 hour 30 minutes, and the queue is now catching up (meaning actions are beginning to run again).

Customers would have seen an impact importing data, running certain types of workflows, and other actions that involved refreshing certain types of data.
